Holo’s Skincare

December 7, 2016

Skin care is a daily routine I have always struggled with. Having grown up with eczema and psoriasis I learned at an early age the importance of our skin and how sensitive it can be. There are now so many products on the market that look the part and are scented to perfection. However they can be sometimes a disappointment and unfortunately in the worst case scenario cause unwanted reactions. I have had them all, the good, the bad and the ugly. So let me introduce Holos skincare, a luxurious plant based skincare line that will leave your skin fresh and glowing. Holo’s ingredients are quiet simply oils, oils and more oils. I know what your thinking?? That cant work for everyone. What if you have oily skin already? Firstly, each oil is completely different and holds its own distinct benefits, coconut oil and jojoba are great for removing make up, sweet almond removes dark circles and grape seed creates bone strength who knew this ? Other oils Holos included in their products are rose hip and Argan oil, making Holos a leading skin care line in Ireland at present. There is really one to suit every skin type !!!! Oils have a wide combination of specific benefits but what they all share or have in common is hydration. Holos want their clients to embrace their product as their own. As all ingredients are natural plant based, Holos encourages each of their clients to explore and challenge their product and its benefits. What do I mean by this? Well a facemask does not have to be for your skin alone. Oil is great for our hair especially split ends, trust me. When I was going through my phase of hair extensions, clip-ins, glue etc I had them all and lost a lot of hair in the process. For me, I found coconut oil to be the best saviour for my hair, it really was badly damaged at the time but in saying that I never explored further because it worked so well for me. I don’t know maybe almond oils may have worked better but you wont know until you try.

For me a good exfoliator is essential in your weekly routine. Blossoms which is a facial polish using aloe vera extract and creamed coconut oil soothes any dryness that may occur in the winter months. There are many stages within the day where our skin is fighting off chemicals, UVA rays etc but what we never consider or sometimes realise is our time of rest can be just as damaging. A good nights sleep is very important in maintaining a healthy glow but when we sleep our skin can become dehydrated from heating/warmth or simple movements which ultimately can cause creases in our skin. Holo’s ‘Good Night’ cream is blended with rich essential oils such as lavender, chamomile and rose oils to get us through the night, waking up refreshed and confident for the day ahead.

If you want to try everything at once to see it this product really is for you or maybe for a loved one then I would advise their Facial gift set. To find out more and to see other products in their range visit www.holos.ie

And of course,

Stay Lawless,
